The Paul Taylor Dance Company is one of the world’s leading dance ensembles. Under the artistic direction of Michael Novak, together with the best dancers, choreographers, educators, and designers, the company continues to innovate and transform the landscape of 21st-century dance performance and education from its home base in New York City and across the globe.

Of the 170 dances that exist within the canon of the company’s everexpanding repertory, many are hailed as some of the greatest dances of the 20th and 21st centuries. The company performs two of Paul Taylor’s signature works for this performance: Company B, a seminal piece of Americana set to the hit songs of the Andrews Sisters, and Esplanade, one of Taylor’s greatest masterworks.
