What is Studio HH, and how do I get there?
Studio HH is not a physical place. It is an online “venue” where all of the UGA Performing Arts Center’s (PAC) digital content can be found. Many events are free, while a few have an online admission fee. There’s no need to leave the comfort of your living room! Studio HH content can be found and streamed directly from our website. View a list of upcoming performances >>here.
I’ve found a free online concert I want to watch. How do I access it?
The performance will be available at the listed broadcast time on the event page on our website. Click on the program you want to watch at the scheduled time, and enjoy!
I’m on the event page ready to watch. Why can’t I see the video?
You may have logged on a bit too early. Videos will appear immediately prior to the premiere time on the PAC event web page. Refresh the web page right at broadcast time and the video will appear.
Are any of the events happening in-person?
Yes! LIVE! by Georgia concerts are being held in person. In-person capacity for LIVE! by Georgia performances will be capped at 25 people. This number may increase based on conditions in the community closer to the date of each event. Cloth face coverings and social distancing are required for in-person attendance (learn more >>here). Don’t want to attend in person? You can purchase a ticket to watch these performances at home.
Which performances are free and which ones require tickets to watch?
All LIVE! by Georgia and Up Close events (excluding L.A. Theatre Works) require tickets to watch online or in person (LIVE! by Georgia only). Streamed performances will be available online for up to 48 hours after they premiere. To purchase tickets, click >>here or call the PAC Box Office at (404) 542-4400. For online viewing, an access code will be emailed to purchasers prior to the start of the performance streaming period. The code is valid for members of the same household to use on a single device. Arts Chats and Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center Front Row: National are free online-only events. Tickets and/or registration are not required for free events.
Are programs available for the online concerts? If so, where can I find them?
Digital programs will be published for all Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center Front Row: National concerts. Two days prior to each performance, the digital concert program will be uploaded to the website as a PDF. It can be found on the individual event page and can be viewed online or downloaded to print at home. We will not be printing any programs or brochures for our other online events this fall.
I see that Arts Chats are being broadcast on Facebook live but I don’t have a Facebook account. Can I still tune in?
Yes! The UGA PAC >>Facebook page is a public page, so you don’t need a Facebook account to access it. Arts Chats interviews are also broadcast on the PAC’s >>YouTube channel. They will also be archived on the PAC’s website for each individual event.
When will regular concerts resume in person at the PAC?
Good question! We are regularly evaluating the pandemic situation along with the entire university and community. We hope to resume regular and/or socially distanced performances in spring 2021, but we will wait until conditions improve before announcing those plans.
