Peachtree String Quartet

October 18, 2020 | 3:00 pm - October 20, 2020 | 3:00 pm

Peachtree String Quartet

Formed in 2012, this exciting ensemble consists of four distinguished members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra: violinists Christopher Pulgram and Sissi Yuqing Zhang, violist Yang-Yoon Kim, and cellist Thomas Carpenter. With a focus on the pure, intimate chamber music experience, the musicians boast a repertoire spanning 300 years of classical music and regularly perform throughout the metro Atlanta area. Individually, they have each performed around the world as soloists and chamber musicians in a variety of settings.

For its Hodgson Hall debut, the quartet will perform an all-Beethoven program featuring movements from various works representing his early, middle, and late periods of composition.
