“Maxim Lando displayed brilliance and infectious exuberance in his New York debut.” — New York Times
American pianist Maxim Lando first received national attention in 2017 at the age of fourteen when he appeared on the piano bench alongside Lang Lang to perform the parts intended for Mr. Lang’s injured left hand at Carnegie Hall’s opening night gala with the Philadelphia Orchestra. Since then, Lando has embarked on an illustrious career, winning numerous competitions including the Gold Medal at the 2017 Berlin International Music Competition, First Prize and four special prizes at the 2018 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, and the prestigious 2020 Gilmore Young Artist Award.
