A Benefit Concert for Project Safe

All About That Bass showcases the phenomenal bassists in town who provide the very foundation of so many great Athens bands. The show is a benefit for Project Safe. The concert is dedicated to the late Carl Lindberg, who was a terrific bassist and friend to so many.

The concert will cover a whirlwind history of the bass and feature double bass players Dr. Milton Masciadri at UGA with stand-out UGA student bassists, Dan Horowitz with Klezmer Local 42, Laura Camacho of the Athens Tango Project, Andrea DeMarcus of Cicada Rhythm, and bass guitarist Michael C. Steele with The Randall Bramblett Band.

Cracker’s fine bass guitarist Bryan J. Howard will be the emcee.
