In a normal year, which of course 2020 is not, we would have long since announced plans for a complete fall/winter/spring season of world-class performances for UGA Presents. However, due to the uncertainty that continues to impact the global touring and travel market — as well as our ability to gather in groups here at home — we have been forced to pivot and to reconsider what a performance program might look like at a time like this.
Over the last several weeks, we have been working to assemble an engaging and compelling season that will bring inspiring performances and enriching discussions to our community. However, instead of welcoming you to Hodgson Concert Hall in person, we will instead offer events to you at home and invite you to engage with us remotely.
We are putting the final touches on our updated program and look forward to sharing it with you as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we are preparing for a robust in-person spring concert season and hope to move forward with those plans as conditions and guidelines allow at that time.
Thank you for your continued support. We wish you good health and very much look forward to being together with you again as soon as possible.
