Sitting Together
To sit with other subscribers, please include all orders together with your request.
Exchange Privileges for Subscribers
All ticket sales are final and no refunds are possible. Subscribers, however, do have the privilege of exchanging their tickets—no later than 48 hours prior to the performance—for tickets to another performance of their choice in any of our six subscription series (excludes Celebrity Evenings). Any price differential plus a nominal service charge must be paid at the time of the exchange.
Special Needs
The Performing Arts Center is accessible to people using wheelchairs or with restricted mobility. For access to handicap parking, enter from River Road at Lot E11. Hearing augmentation headsets may be checked out at the coat check area. Large-print programs are available with advance notice to the box office.
Handicap parking is available at the Fine Arts Theatre in the parking lot on Lumpkin Street.
Cameras and Recorders
All cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited in Hodgson and Ramsey Concert Halls.
Rentals
Hugh Hodgson Concert Hall and Ramsey Concert Hall are available for rental by calling (706) 542-2199. For information about renting the Chapel on North Campus, please call (706) 542-2290.
Parking
Parking is available in Lot E11 and in the newly opened parking deck. The deck is managed by UGA Parking Services. For information on fees, please contact UGA Parking Services directly by phone at (706) 542-7275, email at parking@uga.edu or by visiting their website at www.parking.uga.edu.
Education and Outreach
